Karma Yoga
Karma bears fruits according to the type and quality of the seed planted and the care given to its growth.
Every tradition encourages service as a way to purify the heart. Selfless service performed with pure motives includes no need for recognition. Even if your service to the world is not directly connected to your practice, unite it by serving all with a full heart.
Bhakti Yoga
This path represents expression of boundless love for the divine.
Consistent devotion increases our awareness of the Divine in everyone. A compassionate heart is a symbol of bhakti.
“
“Boundless love and devotion unite us with the Universal Consciousness. Real love is possible only when you see everything as yourself.”
Swami Satchidananda
Jnana
Jnana is said to be the most difficult path as it is the discovery of our true nature.
This path requires great discipline and intellect. In order to develop self-realization, a dedicated practice of the paths of selfless service, devotion, and mastery of the body and mind must be incorporated.
