Mission Statement
Time for Yoga was founded in 2004 in order to introduce the science of traditional hatha yoga practice which has been proven to significantly enhance health and wellness.
  

Our classes include the fundamentals of traditional hatha yoga practice which balance the chakra system and regulate prana, the vital energy.  Through pranayama (breathing exercise) the practitioner prepares for asanas (postures) which isolate and strengthen all areas of the body while cultivating  a calm state of mind.  Consistent yoga practice provides weight control, increased lung capacity, strength, flexibilty, and disciplines  the mind toward its natural peaceful state.


 Hatha Yoga Class Includes:


Pranayama (breathing exercises)
Asana (postures)
Savasana (deep relaxation)
Pratyahara (concentration)
Dhyana (meditation


We offer group, semi-private, and private  hatha yoga instruction for beginners and experienced practitioners.

This website is intended to offer a path of life enrichment through an understanding of this ancient practice which provides a connection of body, mind, and spirit.
